Ashwagandha contains the following natural ingredients:
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root)
- Silica
- Vegetable cellulose (USP)
- Purified water
All these ingredients are 100% herbal. Ashwagandha is just as effective as conventional anti-stress medication, without the risk of dangerous or nasty side effects.
How To Use
Take 1-2 capsules of Ashwagandha twice a day, after meals. Follow the instructions of your doctor exactly, even if they differ from the usually recommended dosage.
If you suffer from anxiety or insomnia, drinking a glass of hot milk with a teaspoon of Ashwagandha just before bedtime, may be beneficial.
Overdose If you have taken too much of this medication, contact your local poison control center or the emergency medical services immediately.
Missed Dose If you miss a dose of Ashwagandha, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dosage, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double up on these pills to make up for a missed dose.
Notes Since ancient times, Ashwagandha has been one of the most vital herbs in Ayurvedic healing, traditional medicine from India. The shrub is native to the dry areas of India, North Africa and the Middle East, but is currently also grown in milder climates, such as the United States.
The roots of the Ashwagandha plant is the part most commonly used for Western herbal remedies. However, other parts of this shrub, such as the leaves and fruit, also have therapeutic properties.
Do not share this medication with others as they may have a condition that is not effectively treated with Ashwagandha.
Storage Store Ashwagandha at room temperature (77 degrees F, 25 degrees C) and away from light and moisture. KEEP THIS AND ALL OTHER MEDICATIONS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
